Term of use

This document comes into force immediately upon your visit to the Website. The presence of registration on the platform, as well as the frequency and duration of sessions, is absolutely irrelevant. By using the offered services, you automatically confirm your agreement with all the listed conditions. Otherwise, you are not allowed to stay on our Website and must leave it immediately.

2.3. The administration of RelaxKiev.vip undertakes to credit the funds sent by the user to their balance no later than 24 hours after the user submits the request. The funds are credited in conditional units (C.U.) according to the specified rate.

2.4. The administration of RelaxKiev.vip reserves the right to change the credit rate at any time without prior notice.

2.5. It is forbidden to transmit confidential information about any individual on RelaxKiev.vip. This applies to profiles, comments, messages, and other possible methods of data transmission. In case of disclosure of confidential information, full responsibility lies with the person who committed the act. No claims can be made against RelaxKiev.vip.

2.6. RelaxKiev.vip may contain any content, including offensive, controversial, or immoral materials. Such content is created and published by advertisers or visitors, so RelaxKiev.vip disclaims all responsibility for its content. There may be photos, graphic elements, texts, or other erotic materials intended strictly for an adult audience (18 or 21 years old, depending on the laws of the specific country). Users of RelaxKiev.vip have the right to include in their profiles information about the cost per unit of time spent in their company.

2.7. RelaxKiev.vip is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or 21 in countries where it is required by law). By accessing this resource, the user confirms that they are already 18 (or 21) years old. If the user has any restrictions or prohibitions on visiting such sites, they must immediately leave. By ignoring the recommendations, the user releases RelaxKiev.vip from any liability and assumes full personal responsibility before the law.

2.8. RelaxKiev.vip provides online services including navigation, communication, content personalization, and many other useful features. Every visitor has the right to use these. 3.2. Registration on RelaxKiev.vip grants the user the right to receive a login and password. These are required to access the services of the site and may only be used by the legal owner. Transferring them to third parties (or receiving them from third parties) is strictly prohibited. RelaxKiev.vip assumes no responsibility for the user's failure to comply with this rule.

3.3. The administration of RelaxKiev.vip has the authority to block a user’s login, password, and phone number, as well as delete any information if deemed necessary. One possible reason for such action is a violation of the Agreement terms.

3.4. The administration of RelaxKiev.vip reserves the right to fully delete all information about a user, including their content, if no activity is observed from the user for more than six (6) months. Any remaining funds in the user’s account are not refundable.

3.5. A user of RelaxKiev.vip has the right to submit a request via email for full removal of their information from the system. If there are unused funds remaining in the user’s account, up to 50% of the remaining balance may be refunded within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the last top-up. A refund is only possible if the top-up was made via a direct wallet-to-wallet transfer. Refunds can only be issued to the wallet from which the funds were originally transferred. If the funds were added via terminal or any other method, no refund is possible. Bonus amounts are not included in the refund calculation.

4. Requirements for Visitors of RelaxKiev.vip

4.1. Responsibility for any content made publicly available on RelaxKiev.vip or shared via private messages lies entirely with the person who posted it. RelaxKiev.vip disclaims all responsibility for content transmitted through its services. It also does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the provided materials.

4.2. Any confidential information posted by a user on RelaxKiev.vip must relate solely to that user and must not infringe upon the interests or rights of third parties. This also applies to the right to privacy. All information provided by the user in their profile (including contact details, photos, etc.) will be accessible to all visitors.

4.3. It is prohibited to use RelaxKiev.vip for the following purposes:

4.3.1. Posting, downloading, or transmitting content that:

violates applicable laws, copyright, moral standards, or public order;
is harmful, defamatory, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or immoral in nature;
promotes violence, pornography (including that involving minors), cruelty, or interethnic or other hostility;
contains derogatory comments about specific individuals, organizations, or institutions;
misleads users, encourages illegal activity, or invades personal privacy.

4.3.2. Violating the rights or causing harm to minors or other vulnerable categories of citizens.

4.3.3. Unauthorized use of someone else’s data — logins, passwords, personal information, or confidential data.

4.3.4. Uploading photos that do not meet the site’s requirements, including:

photos of individuals under 18 years old;
pornographic images or photos displaying exposed genitals;
low-quality or excessively edited images;
images containing logos, text, links, contact details, watermarks, etc.;
photos with frames, decorative elements, or collages;
duplicate photos within the same profile;
photos copied from other profiles on the site.

4.3.5. Placing contact information in the profile outside of the specifically designated fields.

4.3.6. Distribution of spam, unauthorized advertising, “network marketing” schemes, links to prohibited materials, and malware.

4.3.7. Causing harm to the RelaxKiev.vip platform, its services, or users, including system failures, hacking, misleading activity, manipulation, or fraud.

4.3.8. Advertising brothels, similar websites, or any other prohibited topics.

4.3.9. Participating in or encouraging any actions that violate the terms of this Agreement.

4.3.10. Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation toward other users or the RelaxKiev.vip administration. Such actions will be strictly suppressed.

4.4. Violation of any clause of the Agreement may result in immediate account suspension. Funds available in the user’s balance are non-refundable.

4.5. RelaxKiev.vip is not obligated to monitor or review materials posted on the platform. RelaxKiev.vip reserves the right to refuse the publication of any content or to remove already published content. Each user independently evaluates potential risks associated with using selected content. RelaxKiev.vip does not guarantee the reliability of sources, completeness, or quality of the provided information.

4.6. Some services may require content to be transmitted over the network or adjusted according to the system’s technical requirements.

4.7. It is forbidden to reproduce, copy, sell, replicate, or use RelaxKiev.vip, its parts, services, or access to them for commercial purposes. Exceptions apply only if RelaxKiev.vip has officially granted permission to do so.

4.8. RelaxKiev.vip may also be accessed by unregistered users, but the platform does not take responsibility for their behavior.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding document, which acts as a contract between the user and RelaxKiev.vip, and also defines and regulates the user’s behavior on RelaxKiev.vip.

8.2. The Agreement does not establish any agency, partnership, joint venture, or other similar relationships between the user and RelaxKiev.vip, unless explicitly stated within it.

8.3. If any provision (or part thereof) of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, it does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8.4. The failure of RelaxKiev.vip to act in response to violations of this Agreement by the user or other visitors does not constitute a waiver of its rights to act in the future or in similar future cases.
